If you are on a budget, try looking around your house. It really is your opinoin and choice. You can feel like being someone totally different from you or you can pretend to be someone that fits your personality and style. I recommend not being a witch, vampire, or any of the ordinary stuff. Be different!

That is a cute idea, but alot of girls your age may not know who she is. I am going as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz, which is a great outfit for any age!

Lucy is a great idea. I would stick with that. The bubble bath idea is also really good.

bubble bath - u put on a sweat suit and pin white balloons all over, wear a sower cap on your head and carry around a rubber ducky, loofa, sponge or soap
