A computer administrator is someone who has rights to everything on the computer and you can't hide things from them.

You can assign passwords to each user or demote the 2nd admin user to a limited user. You probably already know how to do this... click on START, clcik on CONTROL PANEL, click on USER ACCOUNTS and make the necessary changes (you'll need to be logged on as an administrator).

Reboot your computer. whilst the BIOS a lot up it is going to instantaneous you to press F2 or F8 or another function key. once you press that key it is going to develop a menu. decide on secure Mode. Now there could be a consumer Account named "Administrator". click that and you could now pass into the administration Panel and consumer money owed to alter/delete passwords. you additionally could make new money owed with Administrator powers.
