If you look at the Bush family, as an example. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
If you look at the Clinton family, Bill and Hillary are married, and have their own personalities from different families growing up. So although we are looking at two families with the possibility of the same circumstances, the out come may be completely different.

I know you are thinking 4 Bush, 8 B. Clinton, 8 GW. Bush, and then possibly 4 Hillary Clinton. It would be a lot negating what happened in the years before them. It may end up being a giant wash.

Generally speaking, no. Whether it be Hillary Clinton or Jeb Bush as the next prez (both unlikely to win it, IMHO), the concentration of power along bloodlines could raise doubts about the validity of our electoral system and potentially undermine public faith in our democracy.
