I have the worst tan line on my arms. Yes, it's a farmer's tan. I got it from bein' outside alot at work. The tan line sits right where my t-shirt sleeves end/start and it's on both arms! I'm too embarrassed to go lay out and maybe have it get worse by darkening the already tanned portion and leaving my upper arm white. Ugh!!!

You could use a tanning cream, they're inexpensive and they work really well.

Farmers tans aren't bad, almost every guy has them. You can't just walk around outside all day without your shirt on.

You should exfoliate your whole body with a body scrub or loofah. Then you need to use a self tanner only on the white parts of your arm. If you use a sponge and instant bronzing tanner you should have really good results.

Get a spray on tan. It isn't bad for you and it will even out your skin tone.

i take advantage of Jergen's organic Glow Lotion (stumbled on at drugstores). I relatively love those issues! It enables defend a tan and likewise to combination the no longer-so-tan factors. i in my opinion use indoor tanning beds yet I honestly have factors that don't tan besides as others. After each week or 2 of utilising the lotion continuously, it enables to even the tan out and defend the pre-contemporary tan. I stick to usual lotion to my hands first to ward off it from staining my hands (or only be valuable to rinse them proper after). It is provided in diverse ranges for various skintones and does not reason any orangey coloring. good success!
