"It says microsoft word has not been installed to the current user. Please run set up to install the applacation." how do i run set up to get microsoft word to work? I go to my computer and then go to program files and click on it put that error pops up and it won't let me go to it so plz help me. :(

The old multi-user issue. Don't you love it that you buy a program, but you can't install it for everybody.

Since your license with MS says that only ONE person can use the program, it will work for whoever was logged into the computer when it was installed and no one else. Switch to a different ID and it will not work.

You have to either log in with the ID used to install the program or install it again for each user of the computer. (Bummer)

in that case the ms word has not installed .. you get the ms office cd or if you have back up in your system and then install it by clicking the setup file in it ... then follow the instructions said and proceed with next ... then finally it ll be installed ...

just try it ..

you will have to download it from the internet for about 9.00 or by the software cd for about 20.00....
