Hi Sunshine, through the years I have gotten more understanding to the feeling of others. I don't argue, I step out of the situation until the other person is ready to listen to me. My friend tells me I have gotten soft, but that is not it, I have gotten to listen rather than talk.

I've grown and matured in so many ways. I learn from my mistakes. I always tell people that I've earned my gray hairs. I'm truly happy with who I am and the life that I have. I know I'm blessed and I'm thankful for that. I couldn't feel better about getting to this point in my life. Since I had my daughter (at 30), I feel so much more complete. My hubby and his career are my life, but she's an extension of me. I see so many possibilities in her and how happy she is.

Mostly in the way I deal with people. I will not suffer fools for very long. I am completely intolerant of liars & Bull$h!+ artists. I am straight forward (honest to a fault)... Dont ask me if you dont want the truth. I much prefer the company of my horses over people in general.

so much it's hard to believe, I have grown more since I turned 40 than all the years before it seems. I actually have patience and a lot more humor now. Yep I've changed alright!

I am the same age as the rest of my friends, yet I am a parent. They see me as "older" only because I have matured and think twice before I act.

at 57 i am more patient, tolerant, and recognize that what i thought i knew back in the day, probably aint so today.
i understand people so much better, and i like myself much more.
