how do you move a photograph from one link to your e-mail address.?

I have a few pictures in my picasa link that I would like transfer to my e-mail address.

copy the link and email it to yourself

you could do that by downloading the photo to your computer and then attach to the email and send it to me ...

or copy and paste and then attach and send ...
