I think your parents should get involved if you were defending yourself. Sexual Harassment is no small thing.

Those who live by feeling up and retailiating will be sentenced to detention. This sexual harassment thing is overboard. Remember, we are dealing with a Catholic school where pedophilia was looked the other way.
He felt you up, 1 week detention and sexual harassment OUTSIDE the Catholic Church.
You hurt him physically, 3 weeks detention.
The Sisters did the right thing. You can always press criminal charges against him in Juvenile court.

Yes you should revolt! Tell your mom, tell everyone! That boy was sexually harassing you and you had ever right to kick him in the shin! He deserved much worse than that! Next time aim for his groin!

Get your parent's involved. Call the school directer and ask him why you are receiving such a strong punishment for defending yourself against sexual harrassment, and if that doesn't help, contact the editor of the local newspaper.

Did you make it clear that you were being sexually harassed? Make sure EVERYONE knows--teachers, administrators, directors, especially your parents. If you use the term "sexual harassment" you will be taken more seriously, and that is what you experienced.

Your parents need to get involved. That's the craziest thing I have ever heard. You shouldn't be in any trouble at all. I call that self defence.
