Wall clocks are simple. Any hobby store sells quartz clock mechanisms, hands, numerals, etc..The key is to drill the proper sized hole for the shaft to come through and get a mechanism with the proper length stem (they come in several lengths) to stick out of the front of your clock. ANYTHING you can drill a hole through can be made into a clock, you are only limited by your imagination and about 6 bucks.

I assume that you mean make a wall into a clock, right? I would look on ebay for a large clock motor (hopefully you will get the arms with it) if not you might have to make the arms yourself. Depending on whether or not you want the motor in the wall, or outside the wall you will have to brace the motor to 1or2 wall studs. Then you will have to be careful making your hour marks.
