Yes, It should survive if you plant it out now. Indoor roses are miniature varieties, so they won't grow as large as normal roses. I would give the plant a good mulching when planted out, to help it settle in. The mulch will stop competing weeds, keep the root ball warmer and moister and also feed the plant.

Yes, as long as you live in a zone four or above.
Roses will do fine outdoors as long as it is not too cold.
given of course that the soil is ok and they do not have too much or too less water or too much or too less sunlight
basically is you have a good spot, go ahead.

I have one plated out last year and is doing fine and two that have been out all summer in large pots that are also doing fine
