go to the top tool bar on your screen. select VIEW. Go down to TEXT SIZE and select the size you want

Well by font size, if you mean on your web browser, View on the menu bar > Text size > (Largest, larger, medium, smaller, smallest.) (For Internet Explorer) If you mean on your desktop, right-click desktop, click properties, Click the Appearance tab, Font size will be the bottom option; that is, if you're running WinXP.

Right click on your desktop, select display properties, select the settings tab. Move your resolution down (lower numbers). Then hit apply.

if u mean in ie press veiw text size and then select size.
or in windows go to desktop right click , properties, settings, screen resolution and change it
