I live in a village?? just on the outskirts of it, in a semi detached cottage which is more like a house really! on the main road leading to the next village. From my upstairs window I have a complete surrounding view of the countryside which is an area of outstanding natural beauty. I run a business from home and because I live on the main road my clients can see the sign outside. The first time I put the sign up I made an extra £4000 IN ONE MONTH.
Only trouble with living here is the distance from shops 4 miles. My garden is about a third of an acre (but I hate gardening) nevertheless I do it.....after a fashion!!!! It takes 2 hours to cut the grass.

Okay, I live in a house. There is a floor, and walls, and a ceiling, and furniture. Oh and a computer! I do have a computer. There's also a door and windows. And other rooms! And a bathroom.

Outside there is grass. Hmmm, and trees, and birds and dogs and cats and sidewalks and driveways and other houses with people in them.

There is a big sky above, with a sun in it, and some clouds. The weather changes sometimes. It gets dark at night.

Lancaster , England. Council estate. Not as bad as Manchehester or Leicester where I have lived before. Smack heads. Little 'serious' crime. City although lots of countryside? Generally nice people. This is quite a hard question. There are so many routes to take on what one town is 'like'.

I live in the Caribbean. Its usually warm and sunny. There's always a beach party going on and the music is the best (reggae, dancehall as in Bob Marley, Beenie Man). Lots of fruits and vegetables (national dish is ackee and saltfish). Its said to be the land of wood and water.

The country is relatively small(3mil.) but it has almost all cultures represented and everyone gets along. We have our dialect called patwa thats usually not spoken outside the Caribbean. Its a very nice place to live, lots of tourist come here for our sun, sand and,,,.. men(rastas).

Peaceful Cathedral city some of the time, not like where I was brought up. When the university term starts it is noisy and our door and garden come under attack throughout the night. I went to university, now my opinion of students in university towns has plummeted.
