I know what you mean. In the past week or so they have had documentaries and movies on 9/11. Listening to some of these individuals that survived the whole ordeal was overwhelming. What happened on Sept 11/01 is something that no one will ever forget. Tonight they are showing a movie/documentary on flight 93 @ 9:00 on A&E. It's about the courageous passengers (on flight 93) fighting back against the hijackers after learning that other planes have crashed into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. The original A&E movie is based on the communications between the passengers and their loved ones on the ground.
I saw parts of it about 11/2 weeks ago and the parts I saw were really sad and overwhelming. I can't even imagine the horror, anguish and confusion they must of all gone through. They truly all had strength & courage and will be remembered (at least in my eyes) as being heroic and brave souls.
My prayers are with the family & friends of the souls that lost their lives on that tragic & unforgetable Sept 11, 2001 day. "God Bless You All!"

Yes, it is very upsetting knowing that nearly 3000 people were murdered needlessly.
What's even more upsetting is knowing that, five years later, most people still believe the American government's story, a conspiracy theory is that 19 Arabs, who had been under surveillance, conspired together, could walk onto four commercial aircraft without being detected, and without having their names appear on a passenger list. Then that they could overcome over 250 people with plastic box-cutters. And not only that, but with no previous experience of flying large jets, they could navigate from 30,000 feet and hit three out of four targets precisely, meantime conducting flying manoeuvres that fighter pilots would find difficult. Then, the amazing thing is that 7 of them survived the events and are known to be alive today.
Also for the first time ever in history, three, not two, but three steel framed buildings collapsed as a result of fire which could not possibly have burned hot enough to melt steel, and caused the buildings not to topple over, as one might expect, or to fall a little at a time, but to fall within their own footprint at the speed of gravity. And one of those buildings (WTC7) was not even hit by a plane.
Not only that, but the four aircraft disappeared completely without a trace of their 16 large engines, or any of the black boxes. This has also never before happened in history.

This theory is so amazingly full of holes that it is impossible for any sane thinking person to believe, yet that is what the official 9/11 commission report.says.

A more logical explanation is given at the site below

we will never forget those shocking pictures, and our hearts go out to all the victims families, now and forever.that day will always be fresh in our minds.it was upsetting to see it again, but had to watch the programme,to see how the survivors have managed to cope since that awful day.they were so lucky, but unfortunately those damn terrorists took so many lives, not only the victims but also the victims families lives.they've lost loved ones who were so dear to them.terrorism must be stopped now for the sake of our future generations!

Don't want to rain on your parade but I'm sure as Hell not going to sing Happy Birthday 9/11 either. It happened and loved ones were lost. The remembrance for them should be a dignified and silent event.
