The cops probably are watching. They need to wait until they have all the evidence they need. Cops here where I live can tell you where all the drug dealers live, etc, but until they can get proof, they can only wait.

how active are you willing to be to clean your neighborhood?
PHOTOS OF CLIENTS AND LIC PLATES. to the cops help
everybody in the neighborhood standing outside and obviously watching the house drives away clientele.
a detailed log of coming and goings with the photos helps more.
suing the landlord for abatement by every neighbor. when you go to court, take the logs and pictures.
if 10 neighbors get a judgement the same day for even a thou each, that is 10,000 the owner is out, plus the costs.
frequently the threat of a mass suit waakes up the landlord.

Be as civil and legal as you can.
Get pictures, lic plate numbers, record everything you see in a log so that you can help out if it goes to court.
Make sure you let your neighbors know that you are willing to work with them on the issues if they are encroaching on your rights.
For example, we have neighbors who have been charged with DUI's on our property, have set fires to our property, and who sell meth. The cops know, everyone knows. They will get what's coming to them, it just might take a while. In the meantime, you can write to your DA and senators and let them know your concerns.
If they have a child around the illegal activites, call child care services and they will at least take the kids out of the situation (if they are lucky). If there are any animals who are around that stuff, call humane society or cops or peta and tell them that an animal is in danger.
Other than that, not much you can do, unfortunately. Believe me, I wish my neighbor was in prison, and so do all of the cops in town. With a PASSION!

what is going on these other houses? Call the police and tell them not to come in a police car, that way they can catch whoever is doing whatever red handed.

you have local pols that would like to keep in office. call them.....demand action.........or you will get the word out that they do nothing about crime.....write your local paper, call your local tv station, they love dirt...................and keep calling your police department, have all your neighbors call, the police will get tired of all the complaints too......take lots of pictures, take lots of pictures while these perps are watching you take their pictures. have your neighbors take lots of pictures while they watch them too. write down every plate number and vehicle description, and occupant, make sure they see you......people will quit coming over if they know their being watched that close. if you get everyone involved, these people will move away......they dont like that kind of attention.

Can you videotape them? If so, take the tapes to the DA's, sheriff's or state police's office to see if they will help you.
