These type of ppl normally believe their own lies. That is why they are so convincing and good at it.

Because every now and then...and I mean rarely, Bill Clinton actually told the truth and didn't have to be a completely perfect liar.
"I never had sex with that woman". The fact that so many liberals believed that lie supports the phrase quoted above as it regards to Mr. Clinton.
Now when Al Gore claiming he invented the Internet....he doesn't come up to the same standard as Mr. Clinton.

Most liars are either easy to spot initially, or come up with implausible stories, or end up contradicting themselves when they make some other lie later.
An unusually good liar is one that is believable, and who maintains their stories consistently.
