The same way you stop and other habit. A little bit at a time. If you are smoking 10 joints today go down to 9 tomorrow. Stay at 9 for 3 days and got down to 8..you get the idea. Or you can always go to drug rehab., even though I have never known anyone that actually needed drug rehab. for weed.

Not enough n's in cannabis and to many e's in weed. It's affecting your typing, lol, quit quick!! When I was 14 I used to smoke a quarter to myself a day (they also used to be TOTALLY DECENT quarters), it went up and up until I smoked just under an ounce a day at 17. I just went cold turkey. £months later I was diagnosed with severe clinical depression and put on anti biotics. Weed is bad s***. Quit as soon as you can. I also suffer from panic attacks, derealization episodes and paranoia (not extreme but always there). It can't be prooved that it stems from pot but I totally believe it does. I had no problems before weed!!

LOL. Anti biotics? It's still affecting my typing now. LMAO. Anti depressants is what I meant. PMSL.

Counselling and other behavioural therapies are critical components of virtually all effective treatments for addiction.

smoking cannabis can cause an addiction to nicotine in cigarette smokers who were previously not addicted, a study has found.

Cut the amount you use down 3/4. Next week cut it down again. Keep cutting your usage down each week until the amount is so small your body can't tell if you use that amount or not. Then quit forever.

If you have friends who smoke dope, you will be an addict until you ditch those friends. They will do anything to keep you from quitting. Having some friends that hate dope would help too.

Snap out of it!

Weed is not addicting.

You want to see what addiction is like? Take heroin or Oxycontin or percodin or vicodin -- every day for a few weeks.

Then try to stop. It will feel worse than the worst case of flu imaginable.

Weed? Ha!

I was highly addicted to weed and other drugs, but when I asked Jesus into my life 21 years ago he set me free from all my addictions. That is the only sure way to get set free. Jesus will give you a high like you could never believe.
