It depends on the gay guy. Half of those I know are really like that and the other half are just like straight guys.

Some are just joking - some are naturally more flamboyant, you would have to know the person to know for sure.

It depends on the individual. Some people feel more comfortable in the 'camp' persona, some choose not to adopt it.
