It would travel down their esophagus to the location where their stomach used to be. I would probably have to be chewed first and even if it were swallowed whole it wouldn't spontaneously reattach itself to the esophagus and duodenum. This question reminds me of a Tom and Jerry cartoon.

Although stomach transplants are rare they can happen. Proof a stomach can be removed without necessarily causing immediate death.

He'd die before you could force him to eat it. If he did, it would go through his esophagus if it fit, then into his abdominal cavity. Pretty simple so there's your nasty anatomy lesson. Now if you could find something to better develop your mind, it would be a help to all of us.
