i am 5 mo along and i have been doing low impact stuff for the most part 3-4 days a week, walking, denise austin in the morning, etc...i would just find something that works for you...pilates can have wonderful results...also if you breast feed you supposedly loose the baby weight very fast...make sure you dont' sit on your but the entire time after and push yourself...good luck!

It is quite simple. Dump the junk food, stop hanging around people who drag you down, begin to watch your diet, and do a few laps around the block four times per week. The gym is an excellent place to be since you have all the equipment that you need and plenty of people who have the same goal. Unless you are a disciplined person I don't recommend home gyms. What can I say, even you have to pay your dues.

Hey candy, my wife breast fed our baby, that will really help to keep you where you were prior to being pregnant. You can also exercise with your baby! I have seen the book but I don't know the name of it. You can probably Google it. It shows you numerous exercises that ladies can do while holding thier babies!
I hope this helps you.
Good luck!

Do weight watchers, one of the people in my group just go back to her pre-preg weight.

Do the elyptical machine

And breast feed, but don't up your calorie intake too much, unless the doc says so.
