just sign em up the same way you signed yourself up.
(click sign-up, register ,or join either to left, or underneath the login info on any login page on the yahoo server)
If you he's under 13 just put his birth year up 5 years.

For every yahoo service, there is usually a link at the login page to Join or Sign Up. From there, its pretty step by step as far as what you need to do to sign up.

Most accounts like Yahoo and MSN require your child to be 13. If your ISP gives you multiple accounts you may want to find out how to set them up and use one of them.

Sometimes you have to wait untill they are over 13 years old for open, fairly unmomitered chat.
