Yes, it is possible you could be pregnant.
This kind of "timing" method of "birth control" is really no control at all, as all sorts of exceptions and anomolies can lead to an egg still being fertilized, despite what you might think with your period coming.
I'd do a home pregnancy test, and depending on results go see your doc.
Here's the real bottom line: If you're an adolescent having unprotected sex, you're rolling the dice on your own. You sound like you're smart enough to figure that out - so either get protected, stop having sex or deal with it.
I hate to be so blunt about it, and don't mean to hurt your feelings, but I think it's time for you to get serious with consequences.

You should not be b/c a person ovulates 14 days after their period. The egg has to be dropped in order to get pregnant. You really need to use some sort of protection. Once you are pregnant you probably will not want a child with this person you are having sex with.

I can't begin to tell you how STUPID that is. You bet you could be pregnant and you WILL be if you don't stop being stupid. You shouldn't be having sex PERIOD because there is NO SAFE SEX. Since you won't wait (and probably will still manage to get pregnant) you need to take all the protection you can get. That means the pill AND condums or spermicide and condums or AVOID SEX ALTOGETHER (at least intercourse)
