I'm interested in having a pen pal, someone i could talk to that's perhaps even foreign. But, I there are a lot of weird crazy ppl out there that can fool you. Any sites you know of that reduce that?

Just make sure, no matter how good, this person looks and/or sounds, never meet them. It's a pen pal. the only way u communicat is with a pen.

Well seen as 'Weird' or 'Crazy' people can quite easily sign up to the site you want to find its hard to rule them out, the simple thing to do when speaking to people is remember some saftey tips.
1.) Dont let them know where you live
2.) Dont agree to meet with them
3.) Dont send them money, unless you want to loose it
4.) Dont trust anyone.
Just remember 'Weird' people can quite easily take a Display Picture and pose as a young person, so stay ALERT.

try typing in pen pals on google. Or go to girlslife.com and find pen pals.

Just use common sense when talking with people online. I mean you wouldn't tell someone you just met in person where you lived now would you?
