for the past 3 days i've been blowing my nose a lot and now its all dry and peeling!!!!!!!
and i have to go to school tomorrow what doi do? i put lotion but it burns...lol
any tips?

there is a saline nasal spray called Ocean Mist- they now have a gel specifically for oyur problem called Ocean Gel- oyu can very likely get this from wal mart or any drug sote as the Ocean spray is very commonly used and reccomended by doctors. It will not burn like lotion because it does not have the perfumes and alcohol in it and harsher chemicals for rough dry skin- it is made for the sensitive nose area.
Here is what the package says:
"Ocean Ultra moisturizing gel soothes dryness and chapping around your nose Hyaluronan retains moisture longer for extended relief. Non medicated, odorless, greaseless, alcohol free.

Before you go to bed put Vicks around the outer side of your nose. That will keep it moist. And help you breathe at the same time.

Yeah, Vaseline. If you don't have any handy, you can actually rub some Chapstick on it (won't burn and will protect it from drying and peeling).

White or yellow vaseline. Not only does it help soothe your dry cracked nose, but it helps to heal it too.

Face srub then put lip balm on it tonight. In the morning wash it with a wash cloth
