Your IQ will raise as you get older and are exposed to more. Using your other hand will open parts of your brain not being used, and there are some other ways of doing that too. It will help you to retain more information, so it would help to raise your IQ.

Interesting question...I don't know how this could be tested, since a person that would be able to teach themselves to use their other hand my have the ability and capacity to learn more....
I have heard crawling on your hands and knees, can make you smarter, and spinning counter clockwise a certain number of times each day can reverse the effects of time....anything is possible, and plausible.
