I feel he is very illiterate and uninformed, but does he really know the extent of his own ignorance or does he think he's actually got a clue about anything?

Only in America can you make such public statements about a president and get away with it. While I am not a particular fan of Bush, I hesitate to be too critical. His low poll ratings tell the story better than an assortment of personal assaults on his character or competency of his presidency.
