First and foremost I would be MYSELF. I have had many disappointments in life, suffered from depression and my husband is bound to his wheelchair after a stroke. But every time I see him I smile and start to sing. I love him and am loved by him. I have two BEAUTIFUL granddaughters who are AWESOME people. They are loved by everyone who meets them and I think I have had a least some small hand in making them that way. I have conquered depression with therapy and short term meds. I see each day as a new opportunity for me - to meet someone new, to learn something new, to get a hug from a good friend, to play with my 3 cats, to plant a garden and enjoy its flowers and the butterflies and hummingbirds that visit. In other words - I am Happy with my life and if I were someone else, I wouldn't have this life and its ups and downs. I am loved and respected by those I love and respect - and respected by many in my community. What else could I want?

If I had to choose someone else - it would be Queen Elizabeth I. She was a strong woman with a clear idea of what she needed to do and she got it done. That's what I think I am.

Napoleon. Because he's such of an enigma. Some people love him, some people hate him. He's both demon and liberator, and he conquered most of Europe, which is amazing if you think about it.

I'd want to see what he was really like, and if he really was a military genius or if he just got lucky. It'd be fascinating.

hmm..nice question...maybe Columbus..and not because he discovered America(if he was the one who discovered it) ..because he traveled a lot to arrive then throw different and maybe unknown places..and i like adventures :D but i think it's better to be me...maybe i will become some day a person in history..who knows:D but it's great to be just a tiny part from a huge world, even if you don't mean something for all of it..you may mean history, present and future for somebody...

Seeing as how I am a person in history, I'd choose to be myself. But I'd be taller.
Oh, "why"? Well that should be obvious. If I were them, they wouldn't end up being famous or powerful. I'd just end up feeling like me.
