pierce it in the middle then you don't have to worry Seriously tho that's a great way to end up a drooling idiot if you hit a nerve by mistake, but if that's not a problem go for it dude.

well I think you shouldn't pierce it at all.. but it sounds like you have your mind made up. Go for the left side... there isn't any saying about being gay if its on a certain side or anything. But I'm sure plenty of people would still think that there is and assume your gay if you have the right side of your lip piereced. Left side is hot anyways... Why does the right side always get so much attention? Lefties minority... do the cool, and go for the uncool

My advice to you is to get a professional to do it. If you did it at home you could get an infection, and really, no girl would want to kiss an infected lip. An infected lip is not hot at all, and some girls thinks that pierce lips are gross. Best Wishes.

I don't know which side is correct or even if it matters.
Ice up your lip to numb it.
I heard that you should use Sea Salt & water to keep it clean.
Side Note: remember that even if you take the piercing out later you will always have a scar from it.
I suggest if you are really set on getting it done, get it done proffessionaly.
Note: I had my mother do my ears at home and the ear holes ended up dropping way down to my ear lobs (I got fat ear lobs). So I eventually ended up getting them professionaly redone. But you can still to this day see where I have the old holes on my ear. It annoys me to this day after 20 odd years :-/
Regradless please be careful.

Ow! If you try to pierce it at home I think the only thing you can do is numb the area with ice first and make sure your needle is very sharp. You should serisouly think about getting it done professionally though. You run a higher risk of infection if you do it at home and you might end up spending more money to take care of that than what it would cost to have it done. Please take care of yourself!!

dont pierce it. especially not at home b/c it will swoll up and get purple and bleed, ugh thats gross. and ur 13? im 14 and if its to impress the ladies, then take my advice since im a girl-its not that impressing honey. pierce something else if u just absolutely have to. but if u dont listen to me, and i know ur not- then go somewhere professional and get the right side done.

relies upon on how many times you will get laundry executed. I say consistently have sufficient for seven days properly worth of clothing. Being a guy the footwear merely relies upon on you and what your comfortable with. i might say you're able to have 2-3 pair of footwear. a minimum of two, so if one gets nasty you have a decrease back up.

I really think guys with lip rings in the middle is soo HOT! But I wish I could advise you not to do it yourself. My friend's lip is ripped and deformed and sh*t... I'm pretty sure you don't want that...

Don't pierce it. It'll get infected. They might cut your lip off then.

please don't pierce your lip, but if you have to please please PLEASE get it done professionally preferably at a tatoo parlor with a health license and sterile tools where they do piercings on a regular basis, make sure whoever does it has done a lip piercing before, successfully would be a bonus.

How will you look when you're 50 with a pierced lip, how about at 70?
