He's already been Spiderman, Nijia Turtle, Power Ranger (all his favorite things). I'm not sure what he should be this year. I've asked him and he doesn't know either. He's 6 yrs old.

I have made costumes of beanie babies for my kids when they were smaller. one was mooch the Monkey, the other Tiny the Chihuahua.
Also, if you boy plays video games, you could attempt to create his favourite characters.
And of course, you could let him watch Star Wars a few weeks before Halloween and he will probably want to be Luke, a Ewok or a Jawa or droid.

Make him a piece of pizza, those types of costumes are easy to make and not expensive he could also be a bunch of grapes using purple balloons (he could have fun popping them) or you could use one of those pumpkin garbage bags, stuff it and he could be a jack o lantern. Good luck
