There are two proven ways to get rid of hair permanently from parts of the body: electroysis and laser treatment.

But, umm, you're 13 years old! Not only will you probably need parental consent for getting one or the other or both done, you're probably not old enough to know if you really wanna do this!

Electrolysis can achieve nearly 100 percent permanent removal if done by a skilled practitioner. Home electrolysis kits are a big no-no due to the risk of harming yourself during the actual process. Why? Well, you aren't really experienced in this sort of thing, are you?

There's also laser treatment but the effectiveness of it depends a lot on your hair and skin type. For example, those with red, light blond, or white hair, deep roots, or thick, dark skin, may require many treatments for permanent hair removal. In some cases, it may not even be possible.

Some experts recommend a mix of electrolysis and laser for tough cases—laser to beat back the worst of the hair and thin out the roots, then electrolysis to finish the deed.

Of course, it goes without saying that there are risks—like severe burns, scarring, skin lesions—and pain involved with both electrolysis and laser treatment, not to mention the fact that you'll need a lot more than your weekly or monthly allowance from your parents to pay for these hair removal procedures.

If I were you, I would wait until I was at least 18 before making a final decision on what hair I want to get rid of forever. Okay?

You may try shaving, but waxing is the best solution. You should stay away from electrolisys until you are a bit older since you may change your mind about your body. A bit of personal advice, if I may:
Girl, at 13 it is best for you to keep your skin out other people's view. It seems that you are asking for trouble. Concentrate instead on school or you will end up pregnant by some looser who will promise you the world but has no money or education.

Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

if it is on your legs use Nair or wax it stomach shave or wax or nair if it is your other more personal areas they make creams to remove the hair it lasts up to six weeks or if you are into pain that can also be waxed. You are too young for permanent hair removal. I find waxing makes it grow in much less the next time anyhow.

Unless you have a medical condition, there's not much you can do, until you're of legal age.
