CST is GMT-6, and Spain should be on GMT. So if it is 4 PM in Minnesota, it would be 10 PM (same day) in Spain. Other answers suggesting 11 PM are correct if Spain keeps Western European time (as does France).

Mid-Night I believe...I was wrong on the midnight thing... according to the timeanddate site all the other answers saying 11 o'clock were correct.
