O Fortuna by Apotheosis is great. Oldie but a goodie. Rustic Raver by Squarepusher is awesome, but a little out there. I also like Come to Daddy by Aphex Twin, but I'm not sure if that's really considered techno.

there's so many genres of electronic music to choose from. i tend to like dj's as opposed to songs. does that make sense to you? you could probably get a really good hard core remix of that song. i like German Goethe industrial for my darker moments. Massiv en Mensch is my fav ggi group or Eisbrecher. non goth German, i love VNV nations, Yahel and Eyal Barkan, Lasgo, GT, Project C, Kraak und Smaak, Ferry Corsten, Armin Van Buuren, Tiesto. just to name a few, all of these people have different sounds test drive some to see what you like. I HATE THAT SUGAR SWEET 'EVERY TIME WE TOUCH" SONG ALSO.
HAPPY LISTENING

Well yeah Everytime we touch, Miracle, Kids in America (cascada version), and anything from her album the music is actually good. and the girly techno pop rock feel. Its good if u listen to numbers 1-8 then the rest is poop.
