would a yamaha tt-r125L/LE be a good beginer bike???

im about 5'8 175
i was thinking something around that size but i dont want to go too big because i dont have alot of experience but i have riden this bike before.

ps what is the difference between a TT-r125 L and TT-r125LE

im not sure of the difference but i believe that you would be better off with something a little bigger because once you get used to it you will wish you had something bigger and will have already put money out for the smaller bike!
