as funny as this might sounded, i have heard of many times where this has been the factor, but the only thing is the stomach has not been huge.

You might be suffering from indigestion and gas which could have blocked your fallopian tubes and bladder, causing you to miss your periods. And what you think is your 'water' which broke is a case of your bladder bursting !!!

I think that you need to get to your doctor asap. Sounds like you were pregnant and just went into labor?? But definately go see your doctor.
