because it helps out blacks WHITE PEOPLE IN THIS COUNTRY HAVE MORE OF AN ADVANTAGE OF GETTING INTO COLLEGE AND GETTING MORE MONEY BUT NOT A PERSON OF COLOR

The United ***** College Fund is based on a racist idea. Imagine what kind of noise would be made if tax-paying black people were requirred to support the United Caucasian College Fund.
If that sounds nuts, it is. So is it for whites, blacks, hispanics, and indians supporting a college for any one race.
Of course, It USED to be, that blacks (and Indians) weren't ALLOWED to go to any other college. That was a terrible, dark time in our history. THEN it made sense to give "negroes" somewhere to go.
NOW, colleges are open, and affirmative action attempts to make it a level field. I think affirmative action is also racist, but it is a small price to pay to have a diverse and developed country.
Why can't we have the United College Fund? While we're at it, get rid of BET--can you imagine White Entertainment TV? With all white people, even commercials, making fun of blacks--never happen in this NEW environment.
And the NAACP, too. Why not the NAAP and promote kindness, justice, equality, scholarships, and excellence for everyone?
I don't condone for one second, returning to any kind of discrimination, mistreatment or inequality for anyone in our country, including white/mixed/black/etc people. I want to root out any prejudice and maltreatment of anyone from all our systems.
I also understand that our justice system surely is slanted against people of color, so I know there needs to be lots of work there.
Resentment on both sides does not HELP. Let's get together and make this a grand place for our children not a war-zone.

Look up the definition of racism. I think you'll be shocked.

See, the UNCF is the definition of a racist organization. They help only black people. Would you be in favor of the United Anglo-American College Fund? They're either both racist or neither is racist.

I really don't care about the charity except that it should NOT be tax exempt. When an organization does not pay taxes that means that all of us working people (black, white, Hispanic, Asian, etc.) are paying the taxes for them. Why should I have to pay the taxes for a charity that is racist?

Because if there were a United Caucasian College fund. Al Sharpton and his looneys would be on the march

Perhaps the organization does not distribute the money to the colleges. Did you ever think about that, my dear! Why do you want to play a race card, sweetie?

Racism goes both ways, actually all ways. How many different races live in this country, how many have collages for them?

What are the Indians getting? And this is their country.

Probably because they want equality, and you can't have equality if you deny someone a college education because they're not black.
ALL minds are terrible things to waste.

Either that, or people are upset because the name of the fund is not PC. ;-)

No, it's not. A lot of white people get those scholarships to go to HBCs(Historical Black Colleges)

It's racist against whites. I know you will be shocked to hear this, but racism isn't just whites on blacks. It's ANY ethnic group against ANY OTHER ethnic group. So, whether your little tiny mind believes it or not, black-on-white IS ALSO RACIST.
