Go up and talk to her casually. Start a simple conversation like, "You know, you look very familiar...is your name Tootsie? Oh...no? Then you are...That's a much better name than Tootsie, **smile, smile**...Well, I'm John. I'll see you around then, Tootsie." Leave smiling, and look friendly. If she doesnt mind the funny name, call her that everytime you see her, "Hey Tootsie!" Good luck

Why would you want to waste your time trying to get the attention of a girl who doesn't think you exist? Can't you find one that does know that you exist and focus on her? I would.

compliment her.
find something that you like, either about her or what she's wearing or her hair.
' i like those shoes. how do you walk in heels like that? '
' that's a beautiful skirt '
' you look fabulous in those jeans '
' i think you have beautiful eyes '
then turn around and walk away. she might try to start a conversation , she might not. none the less, she'll know you are there.
don't just stand there looking like a doofus and expect her to say anything (even 'thank you'). if you do - you lost her THAT quickly.
then, when you see her around just say ' hey, how are you doing? i haven't seen you in a while. ' she'll find you.
be nice to other people because word gets around.

Just be casual, things will happen if it's meant to happen. In the mean time, hang out with the girl(s) that really knows you exist and get to know her better. Good luck!

You just have to get to know more about her, try to get closer to her slowly slowly and you might find her the next morning shes besides you, in your bed.

might work depending on what she does and doesn't want

tell her "hi". or "my name is ____, what's urs?(u probably noe her name). um....try to dress better....if she drops something pick it up for her....that should get her attention.
