The best I can come up with is:
ERASE THE TAPE AND GIVE ME YOUR COAT.

I don't think there's enough information to be 100% certain of any answer. For example, even if the first part is correct, the last part could be GIVE ME YOUR BOAT or LIVE BE YOUR GOAT, or something else.

Is this homework? I think I stands for E and M stands for T. Crossword puzzle books often have a page or two of cryptograms like this.
