In Dallas they're trying to ticket people for sagging their pants below the waist for public lewdness... What's next? Ticket people for wearing their shorts or skirts too short? And then what? Ticket people for wearing obsene shirts? And just how far will it go?? Ticket people for bright colors? For wearing gang colors? For dressing like a clown?

I cannot believe you people who agree with the law, simply because you agree that the fashion is "annoying". That is besides the point! I do not sag my pants, and I think it is ugly too! But who the **** is the government to tell us how to dress or how not to dress???? It's discrimination if you ask me. It's an excuse for cops to search kids on the street.

Everyone has a right to wear what they want to. That being said, I don't want to "see" anything I shouldn't if you know what I mean. The police should concentrate on catching criminals and not spend so much time dealing with the complaints of uptight and politically correct people!

I don't know---I mean, I believe in personal freedoms but then I see things I wonder how it's even legal--like a woman walking downtown, which is several blocks from the beach, in a skimpy bikini. As the law goes, I think it is legal for a woman to walk around in a thong and pasties---I would freak if that were the norm. Sometimes though, with the world as liberal as it is, it's a wonder that this isn't common.

That sucks like crazy! Stuck up preps don't know how to wear their pants. Below the waist is for cool people. Above the waist is for complete perfectionists. What morons. I agree with you 100%

I understand your point but the sagging "trend" is unnecessary and stupid. I really don't need to know what someone's undies look like, that's why they're UNDER your clothes. Additionally, I'm not interested in seeing butt cleavage either so I fully understand where the fashion police are coming from.
