hi everybody! ok, I'm very confused right now! there is this guy that works at the same place as I do, and he always says hi! when he is walking by. I noticed that everytime he walks near me he can't help it and checks me out he even come visit sometimes, and stays with me for a little. I thought that he might like me, but there are times when he would avoid walking by, and that bothers me and it makes me feel bad like he doesn't wanna see me or something like that. What's going on? I seriouly didn't do anything that could hurt him or anything like that, he just acts kinda weird. What do you guys think I should do?! Thax, bye!

Try avoiding him or politely blow him off the next time he talks to you. You may be making yourself "too available" and he's taking advantage. Don't be so ready to talk to him or pay him mind. I'm not saying that you should be rude, just make it seem that you're a little too preoccupied with something else, or you're just too busy to talk at that particular moment. It'll probably get him thinking. Good Luck!!

Maybe you are the office joke and the other employees have said "how close can YOU get today" and he walks by to see how bad you smell and then makes everyone laugh when he arrives at work.

He's probably afraid to approach you at those times that he doesn't come talk to you. I think he likes you but is afraid of asking you out. You might want to make the first move if you like him. Good luck!

He is probably shy. It probably took alot of courage just for him to talk to you or to sit by you. Tell him that you are interested in him. This will take all the pressure off of him. It is alot of work to get the attention of a woman sometimes!
