The Putnam funds have a terrible record over the last couple of years, lost a lot of money for a lot of people. If you are looking for a stock broker, or looking for an "investment company" you may be looking for 2 different things ! The market is volatile, be careful, you may lose a lot of money fast ! And you sound like you might want to lose some fast ! Tell me your goals about what you wish to do with your money, I may be able to make some suggestions...simple common stocks through a brokerage firm, etc. there are still some good ones left. doctorjlong@yahoo.com
