okay so i have a creame colored purse...yesterday i got up (w/ a pen in my hand) and it marked on my purse!! so far i have tried hair spray (pink luster hair sheen), hand sanitizer, water, bleach...UGGGH nothing works!! some one help meee!!! ='(

what is the purse made out of? That will depend on what I say, cuz different materials require different things to remove stains. Best bet is to take it to the dry cleaners though if the purse costs alot...

have you tried soaking it with bleach and detergent and dont use hair products, are you crazy that will only spread the stain .

Try baby wipes.... seriously, those things take EVERYTHING out.
