How can I refuse this young people who make trouble in my store and give my employee hard time?

2 or 3 guys come to my store every other day and try to steal things. I think they are just making fun. How can i refuse those guys to not to come anymore? Please let me know

Tell them not to come in anymore. Tell them if they come in again you will call the police. If they do come in again, call the police. It's that simple.

If it is in any western country , you will have no problem in this regard .If the police take sides and do not act aginst the culprits , file a complaint to the high court of the state through a REPUTED AND HONEST LAWYER . ASK FOR PROTECTION ALSO IF THE ROGUES BELONG TO ANYPOLITICAL PARTY OR IF IF THEY HAPPEN TO BE EVEN DOGS OF ANY POLITICIAN. because politicinas harbour criminals and thrive with the help of criminals only in Inida.especially South Inida.So act according to the area wher your store is located .

Get gun, Get a security cam. and next time they come to the store, tell them to aproach the front counter, take a few poloroids of them. And then tell them to never come again. If they give you any trouble then you are in a situation to defend yourself. At this point pull out your gun, and point it at their heads. Call the police, and tell them to come immediatly or else they'll be investigating a homicide. Once the police come, have the whole thing on video cam of them refusing to leave the store, (therefore giving you the right to use force, or a gun. Say that once they refused to leave, you are then obligated to pres trespassing charges, and have the kids sent to jail. after that send out blow up images of the punks to all store owners in the city warning them about these lawbreakers. If theyre smart they will hang them up in all their stores. After all, u should have the right to warn people. Let us know what you plan to do.

You can refuse them and tell them there not welcome in the store anymore. You don't have to put up with it and if they give you a hard time at any time call the police. Put a sign up that say no more then two teen or kids at a time.

You have a right to refuse entrance to anyone you want for any reason. Call the cops and have a trespassing warant written on them and then if they come to your store again you can have them put in jail. It is your store and you can refuse anyone service. Don't let those kids cause you any stress.

You clearly ask them to leave and not return. If they return you call the cops. Better yet, try and arrange to have a police officer witness you tell them to leave. If they return, the police officer can issue them a citation (like a ticket), or more likely a a written warning. THEN if they return, they can be arrested.

Have you tried putting up a sign that says "Shoplifting is a Crime"? and/or you could ask the police to drive by your store more often. I've learned it is best to be positive with customers, always phrasing things in a positive way. Example: Instead of "Don't take that without paying!", try "I think you picked something up by mistake. Please put it back on the shelf."

You are allowed to throw anybody you want to out of your store. When you see them, just tell them they're banned from the store, and they have to leave. If you have a physically intimidating employee, ask him to help you out. If it's a constant problem you might want to call your local police precinct and ask them for help.
