Just because he has a way of making his point doesn't make him a Tosser!
If you want to give kids the kind of junk that will give them problems later on so be it. But don't kids have a right to a good chance?
They may talk now, but in 20 years? will you sit by them when they are having a heart attack?

So what does that make his parents then, please don't tell me that he went through the whole of his childhood without a packet of crisps because I just won't believe it, wasn't he brought up in a pub, surrounded by ciggy smoke, he has a nerve that guy and needs to have a damn good look in his own back yard first before he tries telling any parent how to feed their kids.

Why don't he mind his own business. My son is 21 and he took crisps and chocolate to school every day. He is now a big strapping lad who would like to pummel mr Oliver into the ground.

i think he's wrong. i believe in moderation, my kids have a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner, y shouldn't they have a packet of crisps if they want, 1 bag isn't going 2 make them fat, u've got 2 allow treats or else life gets dull and u may become depressed.
that's how my diet works, eat healthily all week then fridays i get a treat of wotever i want, looking 4ward 2 the treat is helping me stick 2 it.

I find it disturbing how many kids have horrible eating habits and who did they learn them from. Parents. In North America diabetes, obesity, heart disease and cancer are on the rise. Teaching our kids to eat healthy first and to have treats only on occasion should be a priority in my books.
