I live in Orange county and I can't afford the housing here. I was wondering if anybody knew of any other planned communities like Orange county. I know Sugar land, TX has a lot of planned communities but it is so humid there. Any thoughts anyone?

Columbia, MD is a famous planned town on the east coast.
Check out the General Growth Properties website and they can probably list some more.

Columbia, Maryland. Great place - nice location between Baltimore and DC. Community is almost 40 yrs old
