I think that in order to become a model you are supposed to have a symmetrical face ( same on both side) according to studies people are more attracted to people with symmetrical faces. Eyes are also very important because they are usually the focal point of a face shot. Good skin tone is impotant as well because lighting plays such a big role in head shots!!!!

symmetry is very important. good balance also. features that are not too large or too small. clear, firm skin with an even skin tone. no large pores or wrinkles.
