I think that he is an about average President. He has a mix of good and bad idea (leaning towards good) but has been losing skill as a politician. Lets further analyze:

I think that the No Child Left Behind Act (2001) was generally a good idea as it aims to improve the quality of public education; however, I would prefer a move toward encouraging private education (vouchers perhaps?), but this is at least better than status quo.

I very much like his creation of HSAs (Health Saving Accounts) with the Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act (2003) as a way to start digging out of the healthcare hole.

I generally agree with the Vision for Space Exploration, as I think it is more worthwhile to spend funds on Mars than the Moon, and our older space craft should be retired for newer craft.

I think the tax cuts made during his first term are starting to pay off with the current decrease in unemployment and improving market.

I am a little mixed on pulling out of the Kyoto Protocol; while, I think the idea behind the Protocol is good, it was also quite unfair to the US.

I think that it was correct to no longer support the International Criminal Court, as it undermines both national sovereignty and the UN Charter for criminal courts and tribunals.

I think that the invasion of Afghanistan was justified as retaliation to the September 11 terrorist attacks. The job done post invasion could have been handled better though.

I agree with most, but not all, of the USA PATRIOT Act (2001). All the perminant provisions are good provision 215 (probably the most contravesial) keeps being adjusted and looks like it will be about where it should be in an adjustment or two.

I agree with the invasion of Iraq on the grounds that Iraq had broken the non-aggression agreement many times over. I think that Bush should have highlighted this reason as it would have bolstered long-term support for the war (the laundry list he gave was great for immediate support though).

I think Bush's ideas for Social Security reform (by use of 'nest eggs') was great. Unfortunately, Social Security has become a sacred cow making it taboo to even mention the trouble S.S. is in.

I agree with the veto on the Stem Cell Research Enhancement Act (2005) but for different reasons than the President. While neither of us are against stem cell research in general (he lifted the Clinton Administration ban on 21 lines of stem cell research in 2001); I think the ban was right in the lack of results on that specif line of research while the Presedent made the veto on a moral issue. Since embriotic stem cell research is still allowed in private research, if it shows results, I would change my personal opinion.

I really like the American Competiveness Initiative (2006). It encourages quality in many domestic areas.

I liked his proposal for alternative energy source given in his last state of the union.

While I disagree with his statement on intellegent design. While his statement said that a part of education is exposing people to different schools of thought, I would add that the schools of thought should be restricted to the context of the subject. Kids should hear opposing views on science as a fundamental part of science is to find error in a theory and fix or replace it; however, the only theories that should be discussed are those based in science (therefore, no ID).

While I find Bush to be a mediocre President (leaning towards good), I think he has gone down hill as a politician. A good politician is someone that can make their ideas bear fruit despite opposition and is popular no matter what wrong they do. To juxtapose Bush, I think Clinton was a mediorce President (leaning towards bad), but a great politician.

I think I covered all the policies I care about... This should at least give you an idea of why I rate Bush as about average.

He is by far the worst President ever. He is an embarrassment to our country. He is a liar and a bigot and a fool. Elmer Fudd is a better public speaker. Now I know I am going on some government watch list. If you don't hear from me again, look me up in Guantanamo.

Your question is ridiculous and your grammar is atrocious. As for my opinion on the President, I may not always agree with him and at times, I do not even like him. But I respect the office of President and you would do well to do so also.
