think of what's more important and let your heart do the talking and be straight forward with both of the innocent parties. that's the best advice i can give you.

In a relationship the one who loves will be happier even if they are not loved in return because they will give their all never in vain. It is terrible to be with someone you don't love, and in every relationship one will love the other more. Which do you rather be? I would choose to love only then will you be able to know that there are no regrets. Your partner in marriage has had the benefit of loving you. This person knows love... but how about you. You can't expect to go through life not knowing what it would have been like to give your heart to your true love. Even if in the end it doesn't work out at least you tried and that alone will make you happy.

Is this a myth of yours or did you put it under the wrong heading? Divorce the nice guy you married so you don't hurt him anymore and go find the dud you didn't marry. (not a misspelling I didn't mean dude)

you wont be happy with your husband knowing you love someone else. My advice is make the divorce as painless as possible and go with the person you love
