As one of the other answerers replied, green concealer is best for covering up redness--pinks and yellows will usually enhance this.

I use only mineral makeup on myself and those I do makeup on and mineral makeup will do wonders for rosacea and sensitive skin! If you have severe redness you may want to give Bare Escentuals Bare Minerals a try, or perhaps a cheaper version which I prefer is Everyday Minerals. Mineral foundations and concealers hide the redness without you having to cake the makeup on to hide it...after all you want to draw the attention AWAY from the redness, not TOWARDS it.

I will confess...the one non-mineral article in my makeup case is Maybelline's waterproof cover stick. I dot it on the areas with a stiff makeup brush and blend AFTER applying the foundation and it seems to blend right in and doesn't rub off during the day. And I actually use the color "Yellow" although I am having a hard time locating it now...don't know if they discontinued it? I had acne scars that were dark red-to-purple in color and the green didn't cover as well as the yellow for that. (Since using Susan Lucci's Youthful Essence, my scaring is gone, so I haven't had the need for the waterproof concealer anymore, but I still SWEAR by it and keep it for use on my clients!) Hope this info is helpful.

If you are interested in Maybelline concealers, definitely get the waterproof and you won't be disappointed, especially for the price.

If you use a green tinted cover up it will mask redness. It won't matter what brand it is. You want to stay away from yellow or pinkish hues though.
