Almost everything and every action in life can be considered disrespectful depending on the circumstance in which it is used. If you are yawning (or laughing) during a serious conversation with someone then generally it is going to be considered disrespectful. If you must yawn (or laugh) I would recommend doing it under your breath, just so the person doesn't get the wrong idea..

Yawning is disrespectful if you're doing it in front of someone who's talking to you. They may feel that you're bored at what they're saying. You should at least try to hold it in or turn around.
Laughing is okay if someone is telling a joke or something.
