In the Shower. Do you have a set routine that you follow every time?

Like lather rinse repeat but while your hair has shampoo in it you soap up the same parts in the same order every time?

Do you use a washcloth or no?

DO you wash your feet?

Do you pee!?

Yeah, I guess you can say that I do go buy a routine.

Yes I do have a routine. Dry skin brushing before the shower, then 3 minutes of super hot water, 30 seconds of really cold water (repeat three times). Under warm water I shampoo, lather body (including feet), rinse hair and body, then condition hair and shave legs, armpits. Then final rinse, wash my face and use a pumice stone on my feet.

I use a body sponge and a face sponge.

No peeing in the shower ever. I will even get out and use the toilet if I cannot hold it.

I follow the exact same routine everytime, down to how many strokes of the washcloth on each body part. Otherwise, I don't feel clean and must do it all over again. I ALWAYS wash my feet, and never pee. That would contaminate the cleanliness of the water and I would then have to clean the shower thoroughly and do it all over again. I think I need meds.

I use that scrunchi thingy that looks like a puff ball, no washcloth. I don't have much of a routine. I don't like water, so my showers don't last but six minutes, I wash up, feet and all, then do my hair, however many times until I'm sqeaky clean!!! (I can't stand natural body oil, especially not greasy hair uck!) I don't pee, that's just gross. Interesting questions.

Wet everything, wash hair
Wash face and began hair rinsing while face is being washed
Rinse face, washing with a wash cloth, then make sure hair is thoroughly rinsed
Condition hair and examine wall o' body washes while I'm applying conditioner
Pick a scented body wash, put on a mesh spongy thing
Begin with left shoulder, wash arm down.do right arm same way. Then chest, torso, back and 'other'...finishing with legs and feet.

Rinse..and sometimes I use a sugar or salt scrub exfoliator!

Yes I follow a routine, but I like to change it up every so once in a while. I usually wash do my hair, wash my face, then wash my body head to toe with a wash cloth. I also like to stand backwards every so once in a while on the elevator to trip people up. Kinda fun.

Wash cloth for the face, wash the hair and add conditioner to sit while I was the rest of me. Kitty and booty get washed at the very last, rinse hair, re rinse body, and i'm done!

I always follow the exact same routine occasionally adding a beauty treatment at the appropriate moment. I also towel off in the same manner everytime. I am going to refrain from describing the ritual since it's NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!

But in most things in life I am like this. When I cook or teach I try a lot of different ways because there are so many variables involved. It is interested to see how different processes work.

Yes.

-Wet my hair thoroughly.
-Wash hair (starting with the top of the head, making my way around the sides to the bottom, and finishing off with the tips), rinse, condition.
-Leave the conditioner in while I soap (starting with my arms and making my way down to my feet).
-Shave if I'm in the mood.
-Rinse conditioner.
-Stand in the shower for awhile until I feel like getting out.

If something interrupts my sequence, it might make me grumpy all day.

Yes. I'm usually half asleep in the shower. If I didn't follow a routine, I'd be in trouble.

I use a loofah sponge, I always wash my feet, I never pee.

Thats funny I thought of this "Q" yesterday but didn't ask , { all except the Silly pee part } I guess I do mostly the same rutine every day ! When the conditioner is on for instance I start w/ face , ears go to.......
