For me it is soaking in a hot bath....bubbles....with the lights out and candles lit.....soft music and a glass of wine. no one to bother me. It is different for different people. Sometimes it is laying on a beach alone....the quiet stillness....listening to the waves hit the shore.
They also sell these machines that are inexpensive that have six different sounds. It is electric or battery backup. Ocean, rain, wildlife, different sounds that relax you.
